Kettlebell Floor Press
We love this upper body horizontal pressing movement in our kettlebell training. Many people think that you can’t train the chest with kettlebell training, but that couldn’t be more untrue. Fact check it 🙂
This chest pressing variation provides not only a very effective way to train the chest, as well as the anterior delts and triceps, but also in a safer manner, preserving the health of the shoulders, which are often irritated by bench pressing.
