1/2 Kneeling Press
We like the 1/2 Kneeling position for a couple reasons. It encourages people to feel what it’s like to keep your glutes turned on while pressing overhead, which reinforces how pressing should be done when in the standing position. It also forces a true strict press because it eliminates the use of momentum to press the kettlebell.
Remember, the knee that is down is the side that the kettlebell should be racked in.
