1/2 Kneeling Windmill
You’ll likely develop a love-hate relationships with all windmill variations. You’ll love them because they are fresh, new, fun, and challenging and you’ll hate them because you’re going to experience your body’s mobility limitations within the exercise. This is good though, we can improve!
