It would be wise, when learning any of these variations, to simply perform with your fist in the air and balancing a deck of cards on top of it instead of holding your kettlebell. This is simply a reminder to go light and do it right, and then increase the load.
Be sure to watch all the angles and begin practicing. If you feel like you’re twisted into a pretzel, that’s normal. Remember, you don’t need to be good at something in the beginning to become great at it in the end.
