Hollow Sit-Up Extensions
Ready for a really challenging trunk exercise? Give this kettlebell training exercise a shot.
Get into a hollow hold position with your knees draw in and the kettlebell resting on your chest. Then extend your legs and the kettlebell overhead and at your longest point you can hold, throw in a tricep extension. Then bring it back to the beginning by performing a sit-up.
It may take a few reps to get the rhythm down. Go light and do it right; it won’t take much resistance.
