Again, many bodyweight exercises really compliment kettlebell training nicely. Building on the Alternating T’s, we mix in a pushup. Of course this makes the exercise more challenging, but also an incredible movement concoction that hits all the pushing muscles as well as the trunk in a big way. When you can master movements like this, it really makes kettlebell training sessions incredible efficient.
Give the Pushup T’s a shot. Start slow, even drop to your knees on the pushups if need be, which many people will need to do. Watch coach Brandon from every angle and then practice on your own.
